Derenda Sweeney assisted me with selling my first home while simultaneously searching for and buying my second. I contacted Derenda when I first began to think of putting my home on the market. We met several times and talked through when a good time of year to sell in my area was and what work I should focus on in getting my home ready to sell. The communication between us was a constant. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind. Being a first time home seller, I had many questions and stresses which she was fantastic handling and keeping me calm. I received 3 offers within the first week my home was on the market! We then tackled simultaneous close dates with the home I was purchasing. This type of close is rare and I felt I had an expert by my side, ensuring everything with selling of my home and buying of my new home went smoothly. Again, I can’t say enough of her professionalism, courtesy, level of communication and expertise. I highly recommend Derenda.

We felt like Derenda asked the right questions regarding unique features of our home. Our solar panels are not a common feature found in PNW homes and Derenda made sure she could market the panels to potential buyers and explain the incentives that the panels provided to a new owner. She was an excellent communicator and facilitator of our move. When we left the state, she stepped in to manage final preparation to put the house on the market. She has a great personality and was a joy to work with. I wish we could have brought her to our new state to help us find a new home.

Derenda Sweeney is absolutely The Best of the Best ! She is professional, knowledgeable, returns calls in a timely manner, thinks out of the box, and understands the business of real estate. Her integrity is above reproach, she is honest, direct and doesn’t deal with nonsense. If there is a problem or a concern, she deals with it immediately. We would highly recommend Derenda – in fact we already have. She is a gem.
